FAVEHOTEL SOLO BARU WINS 3rd PLACE IN THE BED-MAKING BATTLE ARCHIPELAGO INTERNATIONAL

favehotel Solo Baru has again made a remarkable achievement by securing 3rd place in the Bed Making Battle organized by Archipelago International. The competition took place on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at The Alana Hotel Malang and was participated in by 40 hotels from the Central Java and East Java regions within the Archipelago International network.

This competition tested participants' skills, speed, and precision in making a bed according to international hospitality standards. The competition stages included:

  • Neatness and Cleanliness Assessment – Each participant had to ensure their hygiene, as well as the cleanliness and neatness of the linen and the overall bed setup.
  • Speed and Accuracy – Participants were challenged to make the bed as quickly as possible without compromising the aesthetic and comfort standards for guests.
  • Technique and Creativity – Judges evaluated folding techniques, sheet placement, and innovations in creating an attractive and professional bed appearance.
  • Time Efficiency – Participants had to complete the challenge within the given time limit while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Imam Arif Rafsanzani, Housekeeping Attendant at favehotel Solo Baru, expressed his pride in this achievement. “This competition was very challenging, but with perseverance and consistent practice, I was able to deliver my best performance. I am truly delighted to bring home 3rd place for favehotel Solo Baru,” he stated.
