Surabaya, 29 November 2024 – Favehotel Rungkut Surabaya warmly welcomes visiting students from the SHS School in a hotel education program entitled Service & Hospitality Experience. This program aims to provide students with in-depth insight into service in the fields of Food & Beverage (F&B) and hotel room management, as part of hands-on learning in the hospitality industry.

During the activity, students received direct training from the Favehotel Rungkut professional team regarding food and beverage service standards, from serving techniques to interaction with guests.

They were also taken on a tour of the hotel to understand how rooms are designed, maintained and prepared to meet guest needs with hospitality standards.
